Midsummer Fiesta 2024 Cancelled

Unfortunately, Midsummer Fiesta is taking a break this year but we are determined it will be back in 2025.  We hope that all of those who have supported us over the years will understand and will continue to give us support.

Midsummer Fiesta is organised in partnership by Cheltenham Borough Council, Cheltenham West End Partnership, West Cheltenham Partnership and with support from so many volunteers, providers, caterers, stall holders, acts and performers.

This summer Cheltenham Borough Council is teaming up with other partners, including No Child Left Behind (NCLB) and Marketing Cheltenham to deliver an exciting programme of events.  These will include the NCLB Summer of Play Party in the Park at Pittville Park Oon August 2nd which will tie in with the Olympics in August.

How to run a stall at the marketplace

In 2024 we anticipate having approximately 80 stalls available. If you are interested in making a booking please contact market@midsummerfiesta.com  and youwill be sent a booking form or you can download it below:

BOOKINGS OPEN 2024

Market stalls are covered and can be hired in half (5 ft) or whole (10ft) sizes. There is limited space for organisations who want to bring their own stall / tent which will be charged at a higher rate.

PRICES;

• Half stall £20 VCS / Charity  £30 others
• Full stall £30 VCS / Charity £50 others

The marketplace offers an opportunity for public, private and voluntary sector organisations to take part in the Fiesta with the added bonus of:

·    Raising the profile of their organisation

·    Selling products

·    Raising money

·    Providing information about services

·    Providing fun activities for those attending the Fiesta

This is a great opportunity for you to reach thousands of people from Cheltenham and surrounding areas. Last year we had 80 stalls offering gifts, jewellery, arts & crafts, clothing, toys, cakes, sweets, fresh produce, plants, jams & preserves, games, tombola and raffles as well as a number of charities and public sector organisations providing information about local services.
